Boys’ Shorts

Boys' Shorts, a dynamic DJ/production duo, are known for their eclectic sound that seamlessly blends house, slow techno, disco, and acid. Consisting of Vangelis, formerly of LAGASTA, and electronic recording artist Tareq, they have released music on various labels such as HE.SHE.THEY, Cormac's Polari Records, Permanent Vacation, Future Disco, Iptamenos Discos, and Love Child. Their tracks "New Era" and "Fantastic" have garnered significant attention, with the former reaching No1 on Beatport and the latter receiving support from BBC Radio 1. Boys' Shorts have toured extensively across Europe, performing at renowned venues like Berghain/Panorama bar and London’s E1, as well as festivals such as Lost Village and WECANDANCE. Their musical style continues to evolve, with recent releases showcasing a blend of house, deep house, nu-disco, Italo-disco, and acid house.
