DAM

DAM, signifying "everlasting" in Arabic, emerged as the first Palestinian hip hop collective in the late 1990s. Comprising Tamer Nafar, Suhell Nafar, and Mahmood Jrere, they are part of an initial wave of Arabic-language rap artists. Their unique sound fuses aggressive rap with Arabic rhythms, Middle Eastern melodies, and the energetic beats characteristic of urban hip hop.
