DJ Babatr

DJ Babatr, founder of Raptor House, is a producer and DJ known for his love of electronic music. His sound combines elements of Acid House, New Beat, Hard House, Tribal, and Techno, creating a unique blend that reflects the youth culture of Caracas' popular neighborhoods. Raptor House, also known as Changa Tuki, is a genre and cultural movement originating in Caracas at the end of the 90s, popularized through massive daytime raves called matines, which channeled the energy of the city's popular districts. DJ Babatr represents this underground electronic music movement that exploded in Caracas, embodying the sound of neighborhoods such as Propatria, the Lomas, Cotiza, or Catia.
