DJ Hamish

Hamish Blair, known as DJ Hamish, began his career in DJing at the age of 19 while attending university. His events quickly gained recognition for their atmospheric and musically diverse offerings. After moving to London, he continued to work on events, introducing artists such as Ace Ventura, Freq, Klopfgeister, Kasey Taylor, Flowjob, and Liquid Soul to the city. In 2006, Shane Gobi and Alchemy Records recognized his talent, making him a label DJ. Influenced by warm, strong, psychedelic, and groovy music spanning from techno to progressive trance, Hamish's sets always take listeners on a musical journey. His love for progressive music led to the formation of Furthur Progressions records and a partnership with Mark Bedouin. With multiple releases and compilations under his belt, a busy calendar filled with gigs, festivals, and label releases, DJ Hamish remains dedicated to delivering fantastic music and lively dancefloors.
