Floyd Lavine, an electronic DJ and music producer, has a diverse musical background that spans across South Africa and Europe. His sound is a fusion of various genres, with a strong influence from local South African artists like Oskido and Vinny Da Vinci, as well as the vibrant house and techno scenes in Berlin and London. Lavine's live performances showcase his cross-genre style, having played at notable venues such as CTM Festival, Panorama Bar, and Black Coffee's Ibiza residency. In 2021, he launched Afrikan Tales, a label dedicated to pushing fresh new Afro future sounds.
