Hermann Hellwig, known as Jonny Knuppel in HangarTechno, embarked on his music career early in childhood with piano and drum lessons. Before focusing on electronic music, he explored various musical styles and band formations. His understanding and sensitivity for sounds have been honed not only through talent but also extensive experience. Hermann Hellwig plays a dark-driven Techno with melodic influences from House and Funk, avoiding monotony. His sets are meticulously crafted with technical skill and attention to detail. Since 2019, he has been part of the HangarTechno label, enriching Berlin's music scene. His discography includes remixes for artists like Solomun and Schallfeld, showcasing his versatility in the Techno genre. His sets at events such as PALAPA Fusion, Golden Gate Donnerdogge Closing, and Garten Blau have been well-received by audiences.
