Infest is a Dutch producer and DJ, known for his deep jungle, ambient, and textured breaks. Born as Robbert Peperkamp, he has been active in the breakbeat scene since 2004. His music combines rich cinematic elements with emotive production, creating an immersive audio-visual experience. Robbert's diverse musical influences range from electronic artists like Boards of Canada and Radiohead to drum and bass pioneers such as Photek, Source Direct, and Paradox. His label, Next Phase Records, focuses on releasing a variety of breakbeat-driven music. Notable releases include "Barriers From Within" (2019), "Intuition EP" (2017), and "Mercury / Emptiness Is Form" (2016). His work showcases a unique blend of ambient and drum n bass styles, creating a universe overflowing with empathy.
