Katrine Bregnum, known by her stage name Kat Polar, is a Danish-born artist based in Berlin. Her work encompasses dance, choreography, music, and new media, with a focus on immersive, interdisciplinary experiences that merge sound, movement, and technology. As a solo artist, Kat Polar's musical style is characterized by dark, industrial textures contrasted with moments of softness and vulnerability. Her soundscape is a dynamic blend of distorted kicks, bass-heavy grooves, ethereal vocals, noise, breakbeats, and downtempo rhythms.
