DJ & producer Mila Stern, hailing from Halle, Germany, now resides in Berlin. Known for a career spanning nearly two decades, she has graced premier festivals such as Fusion, Nation of Gondwana, and Garbicz, and held residencies at renowned clubs like Kater Blau and Station Endlos in Halle. Mila's Techno sets are characterized by an openness to unconventional sounds and a focus on the beauty within harshness and dissonance. Over time, her style has evolved towards more hypnotic, percussion-heavy forms, blending deliberate bluntness with a diverse array of sounds. Since 2019, Mila has released original tracks and remixes, showcasing her vision in music. Her 2023 'Five Finger' EP on Kiosk ID embodies the energy she brings to performances, featuring six tracks that intertwine mangled hooks with powerful, dancefloor-focused energy. Mila's sound is a testament to rave culture as a purist aesthetic, free of superfluous structures.
