Muel

MUEL are an indie group based in Vienna and Graz, known for their music that straddles experimental folk, alternative, and psychedelic rock. Their compositions create a sense of mystery, guiding listeners through trance-like vocal lines and intricate harmonies. The acoustic guitar forms the foundation of their sound, with finger-picking reminiscent of folk music. Layers of music swell around this base, featuring soaring trumpet melodies, moody electric guitar, earthy synth sounds, experimental drums, and a driving double bass line. In 2024 and 2025, they played live concerts at various venues and festivals in Germany, Austria, and Turkey, including Fusion Festival (GER), Fuchsbau Festival (GER), Noch Besser Leben (GER), kollektiv kaorle (VIE), steirischer herbst graz, and Bova Istanbul. Their debut album 'Once It Was Out It Was Out For Many Eyes To See' was released on the 17th of April 2026.
