Salò

SALÒ, a Rome-based ensemble, draws inspiration from a dreamy and decadent Roman Renaissance. Their unique sound combines elements of noise music, oniric atmospheres, and performance art, often incorporating baroque costumes. The group's work is characterized by psychedelic scenarios, mythological symbolism, rituality, and rural iconography inspired by fairy tales and dreams. SALÒ's hypnotic scenes echo the excessiveness declared in Pasolini’s Salò, embodying a vision of artistic rebirth. Their latest releases include "AEIOUY - Tropicantesimo Remix" (2020) and "AEIOUY" (2020).
