The Guilt

The Guilt, hailing from Malmö/Hässleholm, Sweden, delivers an electrifying blend of riot grrrl punk and disco. Known for their no wave and electroclash influences, they are often described as body punk, yet their music primarily serves as a dancefloor outlet for raw anger. Fronted by Emma Anitchka on vocals, machines, and knives, the band gained an additional member in 2022 with guitarist/bassist Lizzy, previously of Ragata and Arre Arre!. Together, they create a powerful sound that sets a formidable tone for 2024, merging the energy of Bikini Kill with the danceability of 2-Unlimited.
