The Waves

The Waves, a DJ and producer duo, emerged from a musical family with classical roots. Their passion for electronic music ignited in 2014, inspired by Martin Garrix and Hardwell. Debuting in clubs at the tender age of 15 in their hometown Graz, they released their first single Lock Up on DMN Family in 2018. Their collaboration with Drama B resulted in All I Want, amassing over a million streams across platforms. In 2020, Knockin was released on Diverge Records, garnering support from notable DJs like Tungevaag, Sikdope, and Eliminate. Their single Hold On, featuring Fred Owusu and Flare Talents, reached the iTunes Austria Pop Charts in 2021. Breathing, a collaboration with Italian singer Daniele Sorrentino, was described as a "feel-good song" and a "mainstream hit" by WeRaveYou. Their festival debut came at HighLight Summerclub Festival in Dortmund in 2022, sharing the stage with renowned DJs such as Nicky Romero, Felix Jaehn, Topic, and Toby Romeo. Their sound is predominantly EDM, as evidenced by their recent releases Yours Tonight and You & I.
