Thilini

Thilini, a Berlin-based artist hailing from Sydney, is known for their house grooves. With a focus on innovation and a deep appreciation for sound, Thilini has made a significant impact in underground circles. Active since 2019, they have spun at iconic Australian events and held a residency with Mantra Collective. Through their FLUX events, they brought international DJs to Brisbane for the first time, aiming to reshape the city's musical landscape. Their sets showcase versatility and deep crate-digging, blending groove-heavy house, minimal, UKG, breakbeat, and more. Thilini's reach extends to New York's revered house scene, where they hold an international residency with Golden Record NYC. They continue to push boundaries with a subtle yet undeniable energy that captivates audiences. Beyond the decks, Thilini is an advocate for equality in the music industry, working towards a more inclusive and equitable scene through thoughtful programming, amplifying underrepresented voices, and advocacy efforts. For Thilini, music is about both community and sound. Their journey continues, with big things on the horizon for this ever-growing force in underground circles.
