Tio Chango

Tio Chango, a member of La Chusma Collective Berlin and founder of Chusma Records, is known for his unique blend of Afro-Latin Roots and Club music. His soundscapes offer an immersive journey through rare tracks, often incorporating elements of Balkancumbia and tropical bass. Releases such as "Damda" (2010) and "Bocachico (RMX)" - a collaboration with Frente Cumbiero - showcase his versatility within the digital cumbia genre. His mixtapes, like "Mixtape Vol. #2 - Champetudo" (2011), further demonstrate his commitment to promoting diverse rhythms from various global locales.
