Yemen Blues Official is a unique ensemble founded by Ravid Kahalani in 2010, blending Yemenite, West African, and Jazz influences to create a distinctive "New Age Culture Music." The group consists of musicians from NYC, Uruguay, and Tel Aviv, each bringing their own sound and arrangements to Kahalani's compositions. Their music features mambo and North African rhythms, ancient Arabic chant-like vocals, and funk & blues elements. Since their debut, they have gained international acclaim for their powerful live performances.
