Anestis

Anestis Becker, a Berlin-based DJ, specializes in classic, soulful, and vocal house with a focus on gospel harmonies, disco rhythms, and records that blend warmth with momentum. Growing up around a club, house music has been a significant part of his life since early childhood. This awareness of a record's dynamic relationship with its environment continues to influence his selection and playing style. Each set adapts to its specific context, ranging from deep and restrained to bright and uplifting, while maintaining a consistent musical language. Anestis primarily uses vinyl, preferring two turntables and a rotary mixer, but also incorporates digital formats when necessary. Part of the Wohnzimmer030 collective in Berlin and the Whildstage crew in Heidenheim, Anestis has been involved in organizing events such as the Zweitakt Festival and Lichtkunst Festival. Previously, he was a resident DJ at Gleis 44 in Ulm. Upcoming performances include Vinyl Sessions at Οkialos, Eretria, Greece, and Mercado, Kalamos, Greece, in August 2026.
