Anu Chaoui & Namuh

Anu Chaoui is a singer-songwriter known for her fusion of Jazz, Neo Soul, and alternative RnB. With emotional depth and versatility, her music reflects her rich cultural heritage and personal journey. In 2022, she debuted with "Devil Smilin'", followed by “not for u” and “ISI” in 2023. Anu's sound is a unique blend of emotive storytelling and genre-blurring experimentation, inspired by artists like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Solange, and IAMDDB. In a collaboration with namuh, Anu Chaoui forms a DJ duo that toggles between Leipzig and London. Their performances feature live vocals, original lyrics, vocal improvisation, and diverse beats ranging from danceable breaks/garage/dub to hip-hop/alternative soul tracks.
