Birds, a UK-born artist now based in the Netherlands, has made significant strides in the music industry over nearly 15 years. Known for her extensive experience behind the decks and diverse musical tastes, she has also played in guitar bands and been an active figure in nightlife communities in London and Rotterdam. Her career includes curating, managing, and producing events at top Dutch venues and festivals, as well as founding the record label Feed The Void. This label has garnered support from renowned DJs since its inception less than 3 years ago. Birds' music blends her eclectic influences, with Acid Techno and Electro at the forefront. She has released tracks on labels such as Absorb Emit, Samo, Freeride Millennium, Ombra International, Hoga Nord, and more. Her performances have taken her to various cities worldwide, including Melbourne, Mexico City, and Zagreb, while sharing lineups with artists like Boys Noize, Pablo Bozzi, Mad Miran, Alberta Balsam, Perel, Zohar, Annie Hall, and others. In addition to regular guest mixes and live performances on platforms such as Rinse FM, Operator, Future Intel, and Balamii, Birds has been a part of the original Netil Radio show residents for over 7 years, hosting her own monthly show and curating guest appearances.
