Hamish Blair, known professionally as DJ Hamish, has been a prominent figure in the electronic music scene for over two decades. Starting his career at 19 while in university, he quickly gained recognition for creating atmospheric events with exceptional music. Relocating to London, Hamish has brought notable artists such as Ace Ventura, Freq, and Liquid Soul to the city. He also became a label DJ for Alchemy Records in 2006. His musical style encompasses warm, strong, psychedelic, and groovy genres, ranging from techno to progressive trance. As the founder of Furthur Progressions Records and partner with Mark Bedouin, Hamish has multiple releases and compilations under his belt. With a busy calendar filled with gigs, festivals, and label releases, he continues to captivate audiences with his unique ability to transition through trippy techno to pounding progressive trance.
