Erika de Casier is a Danish singer, songwriter, and record producer, born in Portugal around the late 1980s. Raised in Denmark, she began her musical journey at a young age, joining a school choir and band before moving to Copenhagen to produce her own beats and vocals. From 2014 to 2017, Casier was part of the R&B duo Saint Cava. In 2019, she released her debut album independently under her label Independent Jeep Music. Signed to British label 4AD in 2020, she has since released several albums showcasing a blend of electronic, pop, and funk/soul styles, including Alt-Pop, Downtempo, Trip Hop, Breakbeat, Soul, and Contemporary R&B.
