La Gorda Dubs is a Berlin-based musician and producer, known for his unique blend of dub, cumbia, bass music, and hip hop. With a career that began as iLLBiLLY HiTEC, he has toured extensively and played at major European festivals. In recent years, La Gorda Dubs has been exploring the fusion of cumbia and reggae elements into a new genre, collaborating with artists from Japan and Latin America. An upcoming EP is planned for release this summer, featuring several singles already available on Soundcloud. Some of his notable releases include "Skylarkin (Refix) [feat. Emanero]" and various collaborations with Dubmatix, Brother Culture, Lengualerta, and others as part of The Berlin Sessions 3 series.
