MATSUMOTO ZOKU BAND, a four-piece instrumental group, formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2013 by Reo Matsumoto and Koji Matsumoto, is renowned for its originality and impressive sound. The addition of Kenta Hayashi (Guitar) and Nory (Bass) in 2022 has solidified a dream lineup. Their music seamlessly blends urban vocal beats with the ethereal sounds of HandPan, Didgeridoo, Guitar, and Bass, creating a unique wave of groove, psychedelic essence, funk, and chill vibes. MATSUMOTO ZOKU BAND straddles various music genres, including Organic Dance music, Psy-Trance, Funk, Chill, Ambient, Electronica, HipHop, and Rock, demonstrating a strong thirst for innovation. Since their formation, they have performed in 14 different countries across 41 cities, with a notable residency at the Ozora Festival in Hungary since 2013.
