Polygonia

Polygonia, the music and art project of Lindsey Wang from Munich, Germany, creates multilayered soundscapes characterized by driving complex rhythms and a mystical, organic quality. The artist's productions span various genres, including energetic deep techno, downtempo, grey area, ambient, and experimental sounds. Nature motifs often feature in her work. Polygonia's DJ sets are known for their hypnotizing effect, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in a world of intricate sounds for extended periods. She has performed at venues such as Blitz Club (Munich), Tresor (Berlin), About Blank (Berlin), and more. In 2018, Polygonia co-founded the collective and label IO with Dycide and MTRL. In 2021, she launched the band project Lyder with Niklas Buhler and Moritz Stahl, focusing on jazz and electronic fusion. QEONE, her own label, was established in July 2022. Polygonia's recent releases include albums on labels such as WSNWG, Timedance, Dekmantel, Mule Musiq, Harmony Rec., Midgar, Squama, and Eaux, showcasing her versatility in various electronic music styles.
