Solar Kid, a progressive psychedelic trance and downtempo project, blends elements of electronic music with a focus on darker and acidic beats. Originating from Serbia and based in Grass Valley, US, Solar Kid has been active since 2008, releasing on labels such as Zenon Rec, Kafka Tempo, and IbogaTech. As a vocalist, Solar Kid has collaborated with artists from the psytrance scene, including Younger Brother aka Simon Posford and Benji Vaughan. Known for delivering eclectic mixes, Solar Kid's musical style is characterized by a balance between light and shadow, reflecting a sense of individual isolation and anxiety.
