Austrian electronic music duo The Waves, comprised of brothers who honed their classical piano and violin skills from a young age, found their passion for dance music in 2014 with influences from Martin Garrix and Hardwell. They debuted at local clubs in Graz at the age of 15 and released their first single "Lock Up" on DMN Family in 2018. Notable collaborations include "All I Want" with Drama B and "Hold On" with Fred Owusu, reaching over 1 million streams collectively. The duo has performed at various festivals and events across Austria and Germany, including HighLight Summerclub Festival and Starmania 21, and gained recognition for their single "Breathing" featuring Daniele Sorrentino. In 2023, they achieved a breakthrough with the remix of Hollydays' "L'odeur des joints," titled "Tu Peux," in collaboration with Psaiko. Dino, which garnered over 1 million TikTok views and was featured on Radio NRJ.
