Tijn Driessen, known as Moodfamily, is a versatile musician with roots in improvised music who has transitioned into electronic dance music since 2013. His sound encompasses a fusion of piano skills and electronic beats, with releases on labels such as Moodfamily (Ghent), Ritual Recordings (Paris), Minds Alike (Miami), and WZW Records. Known for his improvisational style, Tijn's live performances are characterized by the manipulation of drum computers, song rearrangements, and spontaneous looping, creating an atmosphere of exploration and unpredictability. Behind the decks, he maintains a focus on fostering a warm and inviting environment, incorporating various elements to keep the audience engaged.
