Viktor Ori

Viktor Ori, a prominent figure on the Slovak alternative music scene, is known for his solo-driven project that evolved from the band Shallov. His debut album, featuring guest musicians, is performed live as a duo with drummer Antonín Kropáček. Blending punk, shoegaze, screamo, trip-hop, industrial metal, and pop, Viktor Ori's sound offers a unique fusion of genres, resulting in distinctive songwriting and sound. His lyrics, often political, provocative, and resonant, reflect a sense of post-modern dystopia, making him a significant voice in the Czechoslovak music scene.
