D'Julz, a Parisian artist, emerged in the early '90s, carving a niche for himself with a dub-infused, stripped-down sound. His career took off in New York City in 1993, where he honed his craft and deepened his grooves. Returning to Paris, he became a staple at the Rex Club, launching Bass Culture, one of dance music's most enduring parties. His productions span labels like 20:20 Vision, Ovum, Circus Company, Robsoul, Rekids, and his own Bass Culture Records. His tracks and remixes are known for their slow-burning intensity, earning him a reputation among DJs as a must-have in their collections. From Ibiza's DC10 to venues worldwide, D'Julz continues to deliver sets that blend euphoria and dread, maintaining his status as a reliable force in the dance music scene. His label, Bass Culture Records, remains lean and unforgiving, releasing over 70 tracks of raw house and techno since its inception in 2009.
